one more gig for the Yayhoos

Allright..
after a visit to Cleveland's Beachland Ballroom last night we head to Wapokoneta Ohio, the birthplace of Neil Armstrong to once again play at one of the most off the hook venues ever Rhythm & Brews. Not sure when the next Yayhoos run will be but this one sure has been a blast.

The Beachland got a new chef and he's a hell of a cook. Keith convinced me veer wildly from my diet and go with the Gumbo/Chili Dog combo last night. The Beachland is in the Sausage District and the natural casing hot dog was fantastic!

Here's a pic of Marrianne at the The Pour House earlier this week. She held those beers for about 3 minutes while Keith showed Dan and I how to properly torment the electric guitar on "Over the Top"

many candles

I'm out on tour w the Yayhoos. We've been having a
great time. If you want to keep up with our adventures check out Terry's Blog. He's always way on top of the latest info including tales of gigs and travel and Chigger Bites. Last night we played the End in Nashville which is
a truly great little dump of a rock and roll club. We had a blast doin' it too.

Floyd

I think Floyd Landis just got handed this years version of the rawest deal in sports.

I can't really figure out what to say other than that.

If you'd like to read
a couple things that would be a little beyond what "McNews" is gonna tell you about this year's "Scandal"
here's a couple different articles.

CLICKHERE to read what Bob Roll from OLN.tv.com
has to say about the situation.

Also HERE is an article about how poor and non standard the tests and the test labs are from www.cyclingnews.com Read 'em and check it out for yourself.

I'd be glad to let you in on my training secret.
This is my favorite thing for recovery after a long day in the saddle....

I usually adhere to the "2 topping rule" but my friend Roberto got me to go for a third this time at Pizza Gruppo. My favorite Pizza joint. Just one block up from the Lakeside Lounge
