Even with all the drama

I miss the Tour de France as soon as its over. As soon as it is almost over. Miss getting up early to watch what I can in the AM. Miss catching the rest when I get home on the rebroadcast. Miss popping over to the Lakeside to watch a stage or two. Miss not reading the Paul Sherwood Stage Reports. The scandals make us forget the great racing and the wild crashes. Looks like the Tour has been handed over to the youth. Lets see what they can do.

Happy Birthday to Wheels, Mojo Nixon and my Dad!

I feel the same way about the Tour. It is one of the highlights of the summer. I just hope they do not ruin it for us. I like the Giro as well but Versus only runs one day of coverage a week. The new US based team might do well next year. They have been developing riders for the past couple of years. Discovery might not be missed.
