colder than I can explain

I grew up in Batavia, Illinois which is very cold and went to school
in Laramie, Wyoming which is very, very cold. I've been to Finland
a lot of times over the years with bands but last night it was so cold
I had to scream to keep warm and today is gonna be colder!

the Yayhoos are playing the Tavastia Club tonight. Tavastia is kind of the Whiskey A Go Go of Helsinki.
I first played there 20 years ago with the Del Lords. I'm gonna look for
some of Frank Funaro's graffiti in the dressing room.

Tonight on stage it'll be hot again and in two days you're back in Spain. So don't you worry

This morning we had -16.50 Celsius (2.30 Farenheit) here in Stockholm. So don't expect warmer weather when you arrive in Sweden on Thursday. I'm really looking forward to the show at Hard Rock :-)

i´m afraid you can´t find Frank´s graffiti from the "luxurious" backstage of Tavastia, since a band of wiseguys from Turku, Finland decided to paint the walls once in early 90´s. they though it was their idea of graffiti, an awful shame i say... well, it has been re-decorated with new ones, but you can´t replace history...

If I think positive last night in Stockholm will go down as best gig never played. The band was there, the audience was starting to grow, attendence looked liked it's was going to be OK despite the fact that I haven't seen any advertising at all for the gig. Then from out of the blue. THE GIG IS CANCELLED! GRRRRRRR! To make a long story short it seems like Hard Rock's neighbours think that the music are too load and they have choosen this night to state an example. So if Hard Rock let the band play they risk to never have a live act again and they don't want to take that risk.

Hope to see the band back in Europe soon for a real gig and thanks for hanging out with us and making it a night to remember after all.
